Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Seqo. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
Seqo is a movie and series tracking service that provides a library, timeline, episode tracking, ratings, notes, reviews, discovery metadata, and optional playback links. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify the operator if you believe the account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Seqo, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, evade restrictions, distribute malicious code, infringe rights, or use Seqo for unlawful activity.
4. Media and third-party services
Seqo does not own third-party movie, series, artwork, trailer, or playback content. TMDB and other providers retain their rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any playback source is lawful and authorized in your location.
5. User content
You retain responsibility for notes, ratings, and reviews you enter. Do not store unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing content. Seqo may remove content when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.
6. Suspension and termination
Seqo may temporarily suspend or indefinitely ban accounts for abuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens the service or others. A reason and end time may be provided when appropriate. Attempts to evade a restriction may lead to further action.
7. Availability and warranties
Seqo is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or compatible with every device.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Seqo, third-party services, unavailable content, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated as Seqo evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the app or this page. Continuing to use Seqo after an update means the revised Terms apply. Effective date: July 18, 2026.
